How can I cancel my subscription?
iOS 13
Setting > Account (First Row) > Subscriptions > Rapsodo MLM > Cancel Subscription

What do the LED lights mean?
Am I able to use the hardware in the rain?
No. this will damage the hardware.
How long does the battery last on the cradle?
The cradle's battery will last approximately 4 hours from a full charge.
How long does the cradle take to charge?
From 0-100% will take approximately 2 hours.
Can I use the MLM indoor while hitting into a net?
MLM Net (indoor and outdoor) is available for select iPhones and iPads including:
iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro MaxiPad Pro (11") 2nd Gen, iPad Pro (12.9") 3rd Gen, iPad Pro (12.9") 4th Gen
If your device is not currently supported for MLM Net, please be patient as we continue working to optimize our algorithms to make MLM Net available for additional devices.
Are there any conditions that can affect or interfere with MLM's performance?
Yes, the MLM will only be able to provide data in well lit environments.
High winds can affect the distances as we do not account for adverse conditions.
If yo are hitting shots and the LED on the MLM turns from green to blue and back to green but no data shows:

How does the MLM get it's data?
MLM analyzes the initial flight of the ball to calculate trajectory and distance by using radar/camera technology. Golf Laboratories has conducted product comparison testing. See how the MLM compares to Trackman and Flightscope Mevo.
The LED on my MLM goes from green to blue and back to green, why am I not getting any data?

How do I share my videos on social media/messaging friends and family?
1) Open the MLM app and click the 'Sessions' tab
2)Tap on the session you wish to go back to
3) Search for the shot you wish to share. The list is sorted by the sequence you practiced. You can easily sort it by club type, distance, etc, just tap on the column description or club.
4) Once you found the shot you wish to share, slide from right to left on the favored shot and tap on the camera icon. It will open and play the video recording of that shot.
5) Once the video is played back a share icon will appear on the top right (an U with an arrow up) the export process will take a few seconds.
This will open a menu which allows you to save the video on your phone in Photos or you can share it with your friends via message or other social media platforms.
Is MLM compatible with Android devices?
At this time the MLM is only compatible with iOS Devices that meet our minimum requirements.
Android compatibility is targeted for the end of 2020.
What are the public and private options in the settings?
The Public setting will qualify you for having your video appear on the Explore page of the application.
The Private setting will not qualify you to show up on the Explore page.
In particular, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any claims arising out of: (A) your use of the System (including but not limited to your participation in any activities promoted by the System); (B) the use, disclosure, display, or maintenance of your personal data and/or User Content; (C) any other interactions with us or any other person using the Systems, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (D) other content, information, services or goods received through or advertised on the App.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that we offer the System and set the price(s) therefor in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers, releases, and limitations of liability set forth in the Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you also acknowledge and agree that these warranty disclaimers, releases, and limitations of liability reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and us and that these warranty disclaimers, releases, and limitations of liability form an essential basis of the bargain between you and us. We would not be able to provide the System to you on an economically reasonable basis without these warranty disclaimers, releases, and limitations of liability.
If you are a resident of California: You waive your rights with respect to California Civil Code Section 1542, which says “a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
Why does the app ask to know my location?
You are able to drop a pin within the driving range that you are hitting at. You are able to look back on the shots exactly where they were on the range.
Is there anyway to export the data?
No, the only export feature is with the video with overlay which can be saved to your phone/iPad and shared to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
How do I upgrade my firmware?
Plug your MLM into a power source
Open the MLM appTap ProfileTap box right above my bag (Rapsodo Mobile launch Monitor (red dot) Not Connected
Select your MLM device
A green dot will appear saying “connected"
Tap the box again to pull up your MLM device information
Tap update firmware version
Firmware upgrade will start updating.
A blinking white LED light will appear on your MLM - notifying you Firmware is upgrading. The entire Firmware update will be under 5 minutes. Please leave the MLM app open when your firmware is updating.
Do I have to manually calibrate the MLM?
No. Your phone is default to auto calibration upon opening the MLM app. Simply open the app, connect your device via bluetooth, and start hitting!
What are the iPhone and iPad requirements?
Minimum requirements: iPhone 6s and up, iPad 2017 onward modelsRecommended: iPhone 7 and up, iPad 2019 onward models (1080p capable front camera)
App compatibility requires iOS 11 and above.

Why am I getting 0 for launch angle/launch distance?
There are only a few scenarios to where the MLM will have trouble showing launch angle/launch direction.
Ball not fully in the view (This can be fixed by adjusting the MLM so you can see the full ball in view. In some cases, it may be necessary to move the MLM back further than 8ft to see the full ball).Sun directly facing the phone's camera

Why won't my shots trigger or provide data in Net Mode?
Make sure Net Mode is selectedEnsure you are hitting in a well lit environmentEnsure you have a minimum of 8 ft of ball flight and the MLM is 6 feet behind the ball, aimed down your target lineWhite balls are preferred
My shots do not seem to be accurate
Ensure the correct club is selected prior to hitting the ball.Ensure your iPhone or iPad is resting firmly in the top slot of the MLM
Does the MLM Net mode work into an illuminated projector screen?
Currently, the MLM can have difficulty picking up shots hit into an illuminated projector screen. We are working to optimize this.
Will wiffle or foam balls work with Net Mode?
For the highest accuracy and best user experience we recommend using real, white golf balls.
